Shipping and handling costs are already included in the price, so are any applicable duty and custom fees. Our price is all inclusive and uniform for everybody regardless of where you live. It's easier for you, and it's easier for us too.

Q: Can I track my package? 

Absolutely. We will provide you with a tracking number to track the status of your package.
 

Q: When will my package arrive? 

Delivery time is generally within 7 business days if you are located in major centers in  US and Canada, and 13 days if you're in remote locations. Express delivery is also available at checkout. 
 

Q: What happens if my package never arrives? 

If the package is lost in transit, we'll resend it. Since the package is tracked, we can find out what happened to it. Please note that shipping time is not guaranteed unless you choose express-level delivery upon checkout.  
 

Q: Do you deliver to my country?

We currently sell to customers with delivery address in US and Canada only. If you want us to deliver overseas, please contact us. We'll calculate the extra cost and get back to you with details by email. 
 

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship from Vancouver, Canada. Since delivery time depends on how far you are away from us, you can take this into consideration in deciding whether you want to ship express. 

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item with a different size or style, simply make a return (see below) and then make another purchase. 

Returns
If for any reason you're not satisfied with an item, please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your name, date of purchase, and invoice number in the email. 

Once we issue you a RMA number, you are responsible for arranging and paying for mailing the returned item to us. All returns must be postmarked no later than 60 days from the original purchase. Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the original condition it was purchased, with all labels that were attached. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for refund. 

Receiving a Refund for Return
Once we have received your returned item with the RMA number, and once we have determined that the returned item was in unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the original condition it was purchased, with all labels that was attached, we will issue you a partial refund which is the full price at purchase minus the original shipping cost from us to you. Please note that while basic ground shipping is already included for US and Canada, the shipping cost portion is not refundable.  

Defective or Damaged
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please email us with a picture and description within 72 hours (3 days) to "hello at jokerworkshop.com".  Once we confirm with you the item is defective or damaged, we will resend the same item as soon as possible.
